01Exams, belonging, isolation and direction
Student life combines learning, new relationships and periods of pressure. A campus programme makes resources visible before difficult periods and supports voluntary help-seeking.
- Workshops on stress and exam periods
- Discussion groups and listening sessions
- Training for peer supporters and clear referral
02Shape the right programme
Together we define formats, topics, facilitators and frequency. The proposal sets out scope, schedule and budget.
03Prepare and deliver
Access arrangements and the framework are explained before delivery. Sessions can take place on site, online or in a hybrid format.
04A clear framework for everyone
Participation, the facilitator’s role and the limits of confidentiality are explained before the programme starts. A group programme does not replace individual care when it is needed.
