How Birds Meet handles organisation enquiries.
Data and purpose
The form collects your name, email, organisation, type and needs. Phone, city, format, timeframe, audience size and message are optional. The team uses these details to assess your project, reply and follow up the business relationship. No customer account or newsletter subscription is created. Do not submit medical or beneficiary information.
Access and emails
Only authorised team users can access enquiries. A summary is emailed to the administrator inbox; you receive an acknowledgement without the content of your message. Delivery uses Birds Meet email services.
Storage and rights
The site is hosted on an OVHcloud server. Enquiries are separate from listening-platform data and encrypted at rest; technical administration requires restricted server access. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@birdsmeet.org with your enquiry reference. A fixed retention period and automatic deletion have not yet been implemented; these arrangements remain to be specified.
Cookies and browsing
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The team workspace uses an essential session cookie limited to eight hours. Server logs support operation and security; private content is not cached offline.
